Shipping and Return Policy
At Tacticalammo Depot, we are dedicated to giving every one of our clients an enjoyable and safe buying experience. To learn how we process, ship, and handle returns of weapons, ammunition, accessories, and tactical gear, please read the following comprehensive shipping and return policies.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 24/48hours, not including weekends or federal holidays. Once your order is processed, shipping timelines depend on the method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery, where available.
Please note that all firearms and ammunition require additional processing time and must comply with federal and state regulations before they can be shipped.
Firearm Shipping Restrictions
Federal law requires that all firearms be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Customers must provide the FFL dealer’s name, address, and license information before Tacticalammo Depot can initiate the shipment. We do not ship firearms to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
Certain states and cities—such as California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and others—have stricter regulations on firearm sales and transfers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any purchase complies with local, state, and federal laws.
Ammunition & Magazine Shipping Policies
Ammunition is shipped via ground service only by DOT regulations and cannot be sent by air. Shipping is also restricted in some states and municipalities. For example:

California, New York, and Illinois (certain areas) require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL or authorized vendor.

High-capacity magazines may be restricted or banned in certain states.
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your local laws before placing an order.
Tracking, Delivery & Signature Requirements
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor its delivery progress. All firearm shipments and high-value orders will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive and sign for your order.
Shipping Delays & Undeliverable Packages
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Carrier-related delays (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) due to weather, volume, or unforeseen events are out of our control. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping or return fees.
General Return Policy
Tacticalammodepot.com accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, documentation, and tags to qualify for a refund. Please note that firearms, ammunition, explosives, and body armor are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, customers must first contact our Customer Support Team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once you receive your RMA:

Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Include your order number and RMA details inside the package.

Ship the item with tracking and insurance (at your expense) to the return address provided.
Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days following inspection.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective firearm, do not attempt any repairs. Contact us immediately, and we will coordinate with you and your FFL dealer for the appropriate return or manufacturer warranty claim.
For non-firearm products such as optics, parts, or accessories, we require photo or video evidence of any defect. Once validated, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on product availability and customer preference.
Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
Certain products are not eligible for return under any circumstances, including:

Firearms and ammunition

Explosives and body armor

Custom-built or modified items

Clearance or closeout merchandise (unless defective)
Product Exchanges
We allow product exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item and for any additional shipping on the replacement.
FFL Transfers, Background Checks & Legal Compliance
When purchasing a firearm from Tacticalammodepot.com, you must arrange transfer through a licensed FFL dealer. This dealer will conduct the required background check before releasing the firearm to you. Please be aware that transfer times and processing may vary depending on your local laws and the FFL’s policies.

Tacticalammodepot.com is not responsible for any delays, transfer refusals, or charges brought on by a client’s failure to comply by the laws of their jurisdiction.
Cancelling an Order
Contacting our support staff will allow you to cancel orders ahead of shipment. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped, but if you qualify for a return under our policy, you may still do so. Please be aware that there may be additional return and restocking fees for shipments that are refused or cannot be delivered.
